Welcome to the supplier system of Game Looting

Please read all information before registering as a Game Looting supplier, if you don't agree with all points listed refrain from a registration.

1. Personal Data

As a German company we're obligated by law to name our recipient of payment (supplier). With your registration you confirm your accuracy of statement and pledge to keep your information up to date. We treat your information in accordance to the applicable data protection law and will never give them to third parties like our partners or any other company linked to us. Excluded are taxation authorities.

2. Process of Deliveries

You have to add your stocks in our system for all what you want to sell as currencies. Please join our discord and follow the instructions on the welcome channel to get orders. Link to the discord: HERE

3. Important information to be a supplier

We would strongly recommend to process shipments exclusively over a Battlechest Account and NOT with your main account. Sooner or later gold selling accounts will be banned and if you value your main account, we would recommend you to buy a cheap Battlechest version of the game to carry out shipments (via in-game guild banks to transfer gold between characters). Game Looting does not accept any liability for banned accounts or other punishments on the part of Activision Blizzard. Every supplier is selling at his own risk and has to expect a ban at some point.

4. Maintenance and availability

You obligate yourself to keep your current gold stock always up-to-date. If you wish to stop selling gold or if any other reason why your gold isn't available anymore occurs, please delete your stock from our system.

5. Compensation for suppliers

The purchase price for gold is very dependent on the WoW Token and our competitors and mounts up to approximately 50% of the selling price. The 50% difference covers our expenses like taxes, marketing, salaries and earnings. We always try to keep the purchasing price as high as possible since we're living by the “live and let live” motto. You'll find the updated buying price always next to the server name in the login section. Should the buying price change you'll be notified by us via mail and your stock will be disabled from our system until you update it. This way we're avoiding to sell your gold at a price which you didn't consent to.

6. Payment of Deliveries

We will add your delivery in our system and you can check it at any time. Every money for a delivery will be delayed for 7 days because of payments are delayed for us too (like paysafe with more than 3 week until we get the money). This delay is not changeable and the same for every supplier. After this delay, you can use the Payout function to receive your money on different ways (SEPA Bank transfer, Credit/Debitcard or Paypal). The Fees for payouts are always visible on the payout site.

7. Suppliers personal and commercial

After registering we generally assume that you're a private seller. If you're running a registered business and have to pay sales taxes, please let us know by mail. Naturally we'll pay the due sales tax after confirming your tax ID.
